Process Followed for Office Cleaning

♦ All doors and knobs.

♦ Washroom washbasin, taps, showers heads, toilets.

♦ All windows and mirrors.

♦ Balcony and sidewalls

♦ All electric fittings like washing machine, etc. (outside cleaning)

♦ Tube lights, switch boards, geyser, exhaust fan, ceiling fan

♦ Dusting of walls and ceiling

♦ Disinfection of the common area used. All touchable points.

Visits / Briefing:

Analysis of the service area along with the customer. Our professional will analyze the area and the work on the site. If visit is not possible, our manager will take a brief of the work and accordingly will workout on the proceedings. It will give an idea of the tools and duration required.

Step 1:

Thorough sanitization in the beginning of the service. If not required, the washroom will be vacuumed and dry cleaned.

Step 2:

Thorough cleaning of the toilet including taps, shower, floor deep cleaning with single disc, walls dry / wet cleaning (depending on the plastic paint or normal paint), tiles cleaning with single disc machine, fans, electrical fittings, vents, windows, mirrors and other fittings, electrical machines from outside – if any. etc.

One time service

Duration of the service :

60 to 90 minutes for a regular size washroom. ( duration of the washroom cleaning service may depend on the size of the washroom, condition of the washroom and the electrical fittings and machines in the washroom).

Terms :

• We do not guarantee removal of old stains / hard stains. However, we will try to remove it to the best of our ability without damaging the surface.
• Cleaning of bathroom lofts and water tanks are not included in the scope of service.
• Customer must arrange for stools/ ladder, water supply and electrical connection.
• AYS Professionals can not leave before the verification of the customer for the finished service. This service is for one time. The customer has to check thoroughly for the service. Revisiting the site may cost extra.
