Pre-inspection
We check the carpet’s fibre type, colourfastness and soiling level, and flag any stains likely to need two washes (ink, mehendi, old curry). This upfront check prevents surprises later.
Dry vacuuming
A HEPA-filter vacuum lifts out loose dust, PM2.5 particles, pet hair and grit — especially important in Delhi where airborne dust settles continuously.
Stain pre-treatment
Targeted spotting agents are worked into high-traffic lanes and visible stains before the main wash. We use Diversey-grade pre-treatment chemicals.
Machine shampoo & extraction
A single-disc or hand-disc scrubbing machine (with 3M pads) works the shampoo into the fibres. Dirty solution is then wet-vacuumed out, pulling embedded grit with it.
Deodorise & groom
A neutralising deodoriser kills residual bacteria and the natural Delhi dust smell. Pile is groomed so the carpet dries evenly.
Quick-dry support
Where site power and access allow, we run air movers to cut drying time. Typical dry time: 4–8 hours depending on ventilation, AC and pile thickness.

Light items (chairs, small tables, lamps) are moved as part of the service. Heavy items (sofas, beds, cupboards, wardrobes) are cleaned around, or moved in advance by you. If you need full furniture moving, let us know at the time of booking so we can plan for extra crew.
We remove the large majority of common stains — food, coffee, tea, mud, traffic marks, pet urine, wine. Rigid stains (ink, mehendi, old curry, paint) may need two washes and are not guaranteed in a single visit. We flag these upfront during pre-inspection.
